SHIPPING COSTS

All our prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are added to the order and are paid by the buyer. Costs are calculated based on weight and/or size of items.

Some countries charge customs fees or taxes, these fees will be paid by the buyer. Couleur Locale Kids bv cannot always inform the buyer of these additional costs.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Couleur Locale Kids is not responsible for packages not received or picked up. These packages will be shipped back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for the items after they are returned. We will charge back shipping costs.

Therefore, if you work outside the home, it is sometimes wise to provide your work address as the delivery address.
