2. GENERAL

Our general terms and conditions are valid on all products of Couleur Locale Kids bv and are valid between Couleur Locale Kids bv and each individual user of the website who places an order via the webshop (hereafter: 'buyer').

When ordering a product, the buyer accepts the general conditions of Couleur Locale Kids bv. We have the right to modify our general conditions at any time.

3. PRICES

All prices are indicated in Euros and are always inclusive of VAT. Transport or shipping costs are charged separately and are always at the expense of the buyer, unless otherwise stated. The price applicable to the sales contract is the price applicable at the time of the registered order and as indicated on the website at that time.

The price refers only to the items as it is described verbatim. The accompanying photographs are often atmospheric images and may contain elements that do not belong to the articles and are not included in the price.

If, due to an error, a wrong price is stated for an article, we always have the right to adjust this price. In that case, the buyer has the right to abandon the order and the amount will be refunded to the buyer's account.

4. PAYMENT

All payments on the website are made through the secure electronic payment system 'Mollie'.

Payment can be made by Bancontact, Maestro, PayPal, Visa and Ideal.

The purchase is made when we receive confirmation of payment. Until then, the products ordered are the property of Couleur Locale Kids bv.

5. DELIVERY

The delivery happens after receipt of payment.

All prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs will be added to the order and are paid by the buyer. Some countries charge customs fees or taxes, these costs will be paid by the buyer. Couleur Locale Kids bv cannot always inform the buyer about these additional costs.

All shipments are done via Bpost. The buyer will receive an email after placing an order with a tracking code so the package can be followed. We are not liable for any delays or lost packages due to the courier service.

All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and/or size of the products.

Couleur Locale Kids bv is not responsible for packages not received or not picked up. In this case, these packages will be returned to us.

6. RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND WITHDRAWAL

Returns are made within 14 days after the buyer receives the package.

The buyer is entitled to exchange unopened and unused or unworn products. The labels must not have been removed from the products. If we notice that there is damage to the returned product or if we notice that clothing has been worn, for example, we have the right to refuse the return. If not, the full amount (of the returned products, not the shipping costs) will be refunded to the buyer's account within 30 days.

The return costs are always for the buyer's account.

The items must be sent together with the completed return form. This form can be found on our website under 'returns'. Without this form, we cannot trace who the package came from and we cannot issue a refund.

All goods purchased in the physical store will only be exchanged against store credit.

Soldered products will not be returned.

All additional information regarding returns can be found under 'Return Policy'.

7. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTS

Our packages are always packed with the greatest care and insured.

Should damage occur during transport, we will replace or refund the damaged item. To initiate a damage claim, we need to open a file within 5 days.

Please follow the following procedure strictly:

• Notify us of the damage via email ([email protected])
• Send us pictures of the damage within 5 days
• Photos outside the box (with visible barcode)
• Pictures inside the box (including packaging material)
• Photos of the damage
• We will send you a return label to return the damaged item
• We will replace the damaged item or, if you wish, we will refund you

8. IMAGES

All images on this website are property of Couleur Locale Kids BV. The images may not be copied or used for other purposes without permission. We are not responsible for color differences between the pictures and reality.

9. CADEAUBON

Our gift certificates can be used both in the physical store and online on the web shop and are valid for 1 year. On the web shop you can choose between an online gift certificate (you will immediately receive a code via email) or a physical gift certificate (it will be sent by mail).

10. PERSONAL DATA/PRIVACY

Couleur Locale Kids finds it very important that all personal information of the buyer is treated with the utmost care and security. Couleur Locale Kids will not provide the personal information of the buyer to third parties, except when the information is necessary for the delivery of the order. When placing an order, Couleur Locale Kids needs the buyer's name, billing and delivery address and payment information to organize the delivery. Payment information is used solely to complete the payment process. Visits to the website are tracked for statistical purposes. Information about the number and frequency of visitors to our website is used for internal research and website improvement. However, this general information is anonymous and cannot be traced back to the individual website visitor.
